I am a former foster student who attends Fresno State University. Currently i am working on our fairly new program called POWER. Providing Opportunity Where Education is Reached. So i would like to do this by receiving scholarships and grant applications for foster children who are about to be emancipated and would like to go to college but dont have the money to pay for it. please contact me soon.
